or Christmas Santa Clause or Saint Nicholas is a kind gentleman who helps poor and gives gifts to the children.FatherChristmas is based on a real person, St. Nicholas, which explains his other name Santa Claus which comes from the Dutch Sinterklaas. The true story of Santa Claus begins with Nicholas, Nicholas was a Christian leader from Myra (in modern-day Turkey) in the 4th century AD. He was very shy, and wanted to give money to poor people without them knowing about it.. His rich parents, who raised him to be a religious Christian, died while Nicholas was small child. He always remains the Jesus words that "sell what you have and give the money to the poor," Nicholas used these words in his whole life and help needy, sick people, and the suffering ones. He dedicated his whole life to serving God . It is said that one day, he climbed the roof of a house and dropped a purse of money down the chimney. It landed in the stocking which a girl had put to dry by the fire! This may explain the belief that Father Christmas comes down the chimney and places gifts in childrens stockings.Santa is the character of love and help, hope and happiness and dream of children. Santa Clause have different names in different countries like Kris Kringle, Father of Christmas and Saint Nicholas .Santa clause identify with a great helper basically Santa gives the gifts, chocolates and toys to children on 25th December. The Santa Claus has come to represent the spirit of excellent cheer at Christmas. The most important thing that has remained a stable is that Santa Claus symbolizes the spirit of charity and humanity. Children behave very nicely to make their favorite Santa Clause happy who brings gifts for them. The idea is that, Santa clause would fill the bag up with lots gifts like toys, candy, coins, fruits or any other small items, which are often referred to as Christmas stocking. Christmas will be the time of magic and excitement for children.
